How to request a place for your child
If you would like to request a place at Codicote Pre-School, please initially complete this form.
Once we have received the form, we will invite you and your child for a visit and to discuss your requirements.
Securing your child’s place
Following your visit, if we are able to accommodate your child and you are happy to proceed, please complete this registration form to secure your child’s place.
Please also complete the appropriate ‘All About Me’ form according to your child’s age on their potential start date:
