Children will guide their own learning through their own interests to which the key person will provide activities to develop the child’s learning and development.

| 12:00–12:10 pm | Registration on the carpet. |
| 12:10–12:30 pm | Lunch time – wash hands, sit together and have lunch. |
| 12:30–1:00 pm | Free play – children choose activities. Staff tidy away lunch and support children with play. |
| 1:00–1:20 pm | Key Group Time – key group children only. Plan an activity, play a game, have a discussion, etc. |
| 1:20–2:10 pm | Free play / Free Flow – children can access the playground and indoor activities. |
| 2:10–2:40 pm | Whole Class Group Time – numerals, shapes, colours, phonics and Busy Fingers activities. |
| 2:40–3:00 pm | Snack Time |
| 3:00–3:10 pm | Tidy-Up Time – all children encouraged to help tidy the room and resources. |
| 3:10–3:20 pm | Story Time on the carpet. |
| 3:20 pm | Home Time– children are collected by parents/carers. |
