How to request a place for your child
If you would like to request a place at Codicote Pre-School, please initially complete this form and email or deliver it to us at the Parish Centre (during term time pre-school hours: 9am-3pm Monday-Friday) .
Once we have received the form, we will invite you and your child for a visit and to discuss your requirements.
Securing your child’s place
Following your visit, if we are able to accommodate your child and you are happy to proceed, please complete one of the following registration forms to secure your child’s place:
