Date Preferences Form

To request a place on our Easter Holiday Club, please ensure you complete the date preferences form (even if you have already filled in one when your child started at Pre-School).

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment for all sessions is required by Friday 13th March 2025.
  • Spaces are subject to availability.
  • If payment is not made by the deadline date, then your allocation will be offered to those on the waiting list. 
  • We are unable to accept your child at the club without a fully completed online date preferences form. 
  • Once payment has been made, no refunds or amendments are available if your circumstances change or your child is absent for whatever reason.
  • We will allocate dates based on staffing availability and the number of spaces available on any given day. 
  • The Management of the Pre-School reserve the right to allocate spaces according to need. 
  • We will reserve the right to cancel the holiday club, at any time, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, insufficient interest, staff absence, an Act of God etc).
  • In the unlikely situation where we need to cancel the holiday club, refunds will be given for unused hours.
  • We will endeavour to accommodate your request for dates, however spaces are limited.
