Summer Holiday Club!

Registration Forms

For your child to attend our Summer Holiday Club, please ensure you complete the registration form (even if you have already filled in one when your child started at Pre-School).  

 

 

 

 

 

 

The form must be completed by Tuesday 15th July 2025.

 

Terms and Conditions

• Payment for all sessions is required by Monday 7th July 2025.
• Spaces are subject to availability.
• If payment is not made by the deadline date, then your allocation will be offered to those on the waiting list. 
• We are unable to accept your child at the club without a fully completed online registration form. 
• Once payment has been made, no refunds or amendments are available.
• We will endeavour to accommodate your request for dates, however spaces are limited.
• We will allocate dates based on staffing availability and the number of spaces available on any given day. 
• The Management of the Pre-School reserve the right to allocate spaces according to need.
